Where all the materials are sustainable and have been designed to improve the indoor climate. Where a city-in-a-city is to be built and where the restaurants will serve øko food and the hotels will have supplies which promote the reduction of waste and CO2 emissions. There will be a combination of private housing as well as hostel facilities, retails stores, research and innovation labs. An open show room for everyone to experience and researchers to get data of how their otherwise innovative products work in actual life. Nevertheless, the professionals agree that the solutions are already here, and we could build more, though also more sustainable in all the aspects.
