Just before the GDPR came into force, we designed a piece of software which allows companies to share sensitive documents with their clients securely and vice versa.When creating this software, we wanted to design it so that it is as easy to navigate as possible. A lot of companies we know that are doing similar work seem to be charging unreasonable prices or have complicated their platform by making it too complex.This software is available on all platforms Windows, Android, Apple, PC's, Tablets and Phones. You can use it anywhere and share any file from documents to jpegs, Pdfs and Sage backup files.The majority of our current customers so far seem to be Accountants who wish to share sensitive accounting documents that can no longer be shared via email due to the GDPR e.g. Accounts and tax returns.We have a few customers who also use the portal for Payslips, sharing drawings and plans of jobs for different sites they are working on. The contractors also use the portal to upload receipts and other documents they have photographed. This saves them time as it results in them not having to bring paperwork into the office on a regular basis; instead they can bring a month's worth in at a time at a later date but the office can have up to date account of what is being spent.Other clients use it for giving their employees payslips in an encrypted format as they can no longer send them via email due to the GDPR.These are only a few examples of what you can securely upload and share using SecureDocsPortal.
