Metamorphany is an innovation and social change organization - a global movement - dedicated to creating a positive compounding impact on today's local and global social issues. From the decline in 'the middle class' ratios, rising poverty rates and devastating numbers of homelessness and addiction to the increased impact of global warming, epidemic rise of anxiety and depression amongst teens, young adults and elderly and the reality that over 85% of our children in schools today worldwide are preparing themselves for jobs that are not even there yet and our schools are having to play catch-up to that fact.We are a think tank for cities, NGOs, Governments and corporations, linked to a network of multidisciplinary "Extrapreneurs" and "Innovators" who are dedicated to creating positive social change and sustainable development.We organize Innovation Games, Hackathons and Innovation Challenges during which we all collectively increase awareness for the 17 goals world leaders agreed to in 2015 - 17 goals for a better world by 2030. These goals have the power to end poverty, fight inequality and stop climate change. Together we develop sustainable (not band-aid) solutions that don't have to cost millions or require yrs of decision-making meetings. In the process, we train all participants on creative and collaborative solution finding methodologies that have proven to change people's lives. We invite you and anyone who wants to help others or wants to make a positive impact on many of our social issues to join us. It is really not that complicated. We are all ingenious.
