Rock Creek Property Group, LLC ("Rock Creek") is owned by four real estate professionals, each with more than 30 years of industry experience. Rock Creek acquires, develops, leases and operates commercial real estate in the Washington, DC Metro area. We have acquired and developed a variety of property types including office, multi-family, retail, industrial and urban mixed-use assets. Our acquisition structures include fee simple transactions, joint ventures, foreclosure sales, and the acquisition of partnership interests. Rock Creek's principals have acquired and developed several million square feet of projects and invest a substantial amount of their own equity in each project while serving as the managing investment member for each ownership entity. In 2009 Rock Creek closed on its first opportunity fund – a $25M vehicle which acquired value-add properties and development sites in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. In October 2015, Rock Creek closed on Fund II – a $60M discretionary fund targeting new development, income producing, joint venture and value-add opportunities in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Rock Creek currently invests capital for more than 250 private clients and retirement accounts and represents a variety of local and institutional clients through its affiliated companies.Our management style and approach to each project is hands-on, which is the only way we can responsibly safeguard and channel our own resources and that of our investors, lenders and partners.
