The remaining 15% (less fee) is paid to the subcontractor when the customer pays us for the invoice. There is no change to existing payment terms or costs, and no joining, administration or management fees. ProgressPay is completely optional and suppliers can choose which, if any, of their approved invoices they want paid early.
