Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization committed to relieving isolation and loneliness among elders age 65 and older in the Twin Cities area through one-on-one home visits, social activities, holiday celebrations, advocacy, and referrals. By reducing social isolation, LBFE seeks to enhance elder well-being and independence while decreasing the health risks that isolation often brings, including dementia, depression, heart disease, and stroke.
