In 1998 Marlene Guttman entered the supplemental insurance industry after running her family's 50 year business in Cincinnati. With an understanding of employers' benefit needs, this transition was a natural next step. Representing a single supplemental insurance carrier for 18 years as sales leader, trainer, and manager; she felt change was imminent in 2010 when Health Care Reform was enacted. By 2014 with dramatic growth in sales and service, Michael Wolkoff joined the team as Vice President to what would ultimately become Workplace Benefit Solutions located in Mason, Ohio. Workplace Benefit Solutions represents several supplemental insurance carriers. We bring affordable benefit solutions that provide value to assist employers and their employees.
