We help navigate the aging process—whether healthy or ill—and the process of completing life with dignity. We work with individuals, as well as the family unit as a whole, to complete unresolved issues and create a family care plan to support the aging and/or ill loved one. End-of-life planning offers the opportunity to complete your life with dignity and leave a lasting legacy for those you love.Our focus is on emotional estate planning. We find that the unresolved emotional issues are what really weighs families down, leaving a lasting legacy of regret, loss, guilt, and sadness. Unresolved emotional issues cost money, time, and for many, fragment relationships. When working with Transitional Wisdom, families report having a deeper connection with their aging or ill loved one while they are here, and a greater sense of ease, peace, and completion when their loved one transitions. We are a Mother/Daughter duo who deeply understand the work of healing families.
