Western Baja SAE is made up of a team of talented students who work together to design and manufacture a Baja off-road race car. This car is judged based on design, viability of mass production, performance, and most importantly, how it stacks up in the cumulative race against schools across the globe. Western's car finished in second place at the 2018 competition in Louisville Kentucky and is continuing to improve. With the help of generous sponsors and the hard work of many dedicated students, the Baja team exemplifies the advancement of education outside of the classroom.
