The Efficiency Group (TEG) offers Lean Six Sigma services and techniques for government agencies and service organizations through LSS program development, program implementation, and practical LSS training. The Efficiency Group understands most organizations exist to be successful; to drive development and delivery of high-quality products and services, to innovate and advance themselves, their industry and their people. The answer is Lean Six Sigma (LSS)For some time, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) has been used to help organizations function more efficiently by streamlining operations and improving performance. Lean, with its emphasis on flow and the elimination of waste, helps organizations recognize opportunities for efficiency, while Six Sigma, with its emphasis on data, helps organizations quantify those opportunities. Unfortunately, however, many LSS initiatives and traditional LSS training has become burdensome, time-consuming, and expensive.The Efficiency Group believes that many LSS tools and techniques are common-sensical approaches to process improvement that anyone within an organization can learn and utilize in their everyday work.
