The culinary studio La Cucina di Georgia has been offering cooking courses since 2008. Each lesson begins by studying the ingredients and recipes, then students participate in hands-on preparation of an authentic four- or five-course meal. The 5 lessons courses focus on traditional recipes with an emphasis on regional product and seasonal recipes. The 1les workshops can offer a view on the differt aspect of the Italian culinary culture and customers can decide together with chef Georgia the menu' of their own dinner.
