Marcus Williams founded Williams Consulting Group after working in private, government, and higher education environments for twenty years and recognizing the need to professionalize investigative processes at public and private institutions across the country. The common denominator in stories regarding failed investigations and costly lawsuits was a lack of training and standardized processes. The investigators were faced with the expectation to conduct high quality investigations with little to no training or without adequate resources.
