Its two centers, Peace Care St. Ann's and Peace Care St. Joseph's, provide the only Catholic short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing facilities in Hudson County. A broad array of rehabilitative care options is available including outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapies, and wound care management. St. Ann's Adult Medical Day Care offers socialization, nutritious meals, social services and free handicap-accessible transportation to adults living at home who need ongoing medical care throughout the day. Visiting musicians and performers, birthday and holiday parties, and additional care for residents with memory loss are just a few of the activities that create life-enhancing experiences.
