The State Charter Schools Foundation of Georgia (SCSF) is committed to leveraging resources to launch, accelerate and grow state charter schools to help ensure all children in Georgia have access to an excellent education. We work comprehensively to address the needs of state charter schools through fundraising and grant-making; connecting the network to share best practices; supporting schools directly through technical assistance; and establishing strategic partnerships. In the 2018-19 school year, there are 29 state charter schools in operation serving 33,000 students across the state of Georgia. Our schools are diversifying public school choices through innovative school models including STEAM/STEM, personalized learning, Project-Based Learning, arts-infusion and dual-language immersion. Across the state, schools are located in rural, urban and suburban regions, and the network includes both virtual charter schools and brick and mortar campuses.LAUNCH --> BUILD CAPACITY --> GROW
