The Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District (CSD) serves as Discovery Bay's local government, tasked with handling water, sewer, landscaping and recreation. The CSD advises the County on decisions related to police and fire services, residential and commercial development and more. The District's publically-elected 5-member CSD Board makes decisions on behalf of the community, while the District's General Manager and staff support day-to-day operations. The CSD Board meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the District Office. Residents and business owners are encouraged to attend, get involved and share their perspectives on both opportunities and issues facing the community.
