That was the driving force behind Michelle getting licensed in massage therapy, after first focusing on personal training for many years. Guaranteed Fitness and Bodyworks has helped those suffering from a variety of conditions, including arthritis, stress, effects of a stroke, sever brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, joint replacements, and soft tissue injuries, such as in knee and shoulder tendons/ligaments. Michelle also works with clients to offset ailments related to weight gain, aging, or on-the-job demands.
