Founded in 1986 by Liz Milnes, Costumes with Character became a limited company in 2001, changing its name from Situation Clothing and moving focus on to what we do best, creating amazing character costumes! We also have the ability to replicate characters exactly, so if you need 1 or 100 of the same character, it's no problem.
