In response to South Shore Hospital's Request for Proposal, a consulting service agreement is what TherEX is proposing for this process.• Full Staffing and Management model includes a Director of Rehabilitation and complete interdisciplinary therapy staff which also include management expertise oversight by a Regional Vice President and the Clinical Operations Department.• Management Only models provide for key management personnel and expertise which often includes a Program Director and management expertise support from a Regional Vice President and the Clinical Operations Department.Our service sites consist of Inpatient, Outpatient, Skilled Units, Home Health, and IRU rehabilitation services.
