I started organising my thoughts every day by drawing a snapshot of my whole life on paper, covering my health, relationships, money, work (and a whole lot more) to try to understand how my choices and feelings influenced each-other. This was a breakthrough for me. By examining the whole picture i finally had clarity, stressed less and felt more resilient and optimistic.
