At the Children's Cottage Society we have long understood the detrimental effects of prolonged exposure to negative experiences in a child's early development. We recognize that the solution is prevention and we aim to ensure that children in our community have strong foundations for healthy physical and emotional development.We offer non-judgmental programs and services aimed at helping parents through a crisis regardless of what their circumstances may be.
