St. Mary's of Michigan and Covenant Healthcare established Mobile Medical Response, Inc. in 1994 in an effort to provide a high performance Emergency Medical Service system in Saginaw County. Since then, MMR has expanded its services to include fifteen counties in mid- and northern Michigan.
