MACK informs Commanders where enemy are likely to maneuver and where friendly forces could maneuver to gain decisive advantage over opposing forces.The Soldier - Preserving our most valuable resource Concurrently, 'The 4th Off Set' is developing a concept for a Suicide Prevention machine learning algorithm. The concept assimilates and structures Soldier information to grow the machine learning algorithm. The ‘at risk' predictions will lead to a technical based phase two screening. If both gates are met, unit Commanders are notified for preventative action. 'The 4th Off Set' works to enable Commander decision-making in their two primary responsibilities: to impose costs on enemies of the Nation and care for Soldiers.
