Michelle Srih a client-centered Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) specializing in issues related to Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss and Trauma. She has an eclectic approach to counselling, which means depending on your needs and desire, she will use the following therapies: Narrative, Interpersonal, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Existential, Trauma Informed, Mindfulness and Art Therapy. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Reiki Practioner (2nd degree) Michelle offers yoga and/or reiki as part of the therapeutic process. If this is something that interests you, I am open to incorporating one or both during our time together. As your counsellor, Michelle will create a confidential space for you to share your story and work collaboratively towards your goals.
