At Bates, (now a BTS company, and home of BTS Boston), our mission is to help leaders influence the world and drive extraordinary results. We are a trusted partner to executives, teams, and senior leaders in global companies, helping them communicate, collaborate, engage and align their organizations to achieve the vision. As a BTS Company, our focus is the people side of strategy execution. We are renowned for our work with the C-suite, working with boards, CEOs and senior leaders through advisory, succession, coaching and development. We work with leadership teams to measure performance and align and drive results. We provide consulting on the people side of driving major initiatives. Our action learning journeys, assessments and leadership programs enable leaders to build skills. Now joining forces with BTS globally we can scale our offerings around the world and at every level of organizations. As experts in communicative leadership and executive presence, organizations turn to us to help leaders understand strengths and close the gaps so they can engage, align, inspire and mobilize action. Our suite of assessments includes the Bates ExPITM (Executive Presence Index), the first-ever research-based, validated assessment tool to measure a leader’s ability and capacity to make an impact. The suite also includes work with teams in a companion Bates LTPITM (Leadership Team Performance Index) to provide data and insight on how teams become high performing.
