Established in Chico, CA in 1983, we have a staff of over 30 professionals including civil engineers, architects, land surveyors, environmental planners, biologists, technicians, and 5 LEED accredited professionals. We have engineers and surveyors licensed in California, Oregon, and Nevada allowing us to assist our clients with projects in neighboring states.
