Committed to sourcing the best local and sustainable product, Chef des Rosiers highlights the quality of the ingredients in every dish. Chef des Rosiers works with farmer Cindy Nawieshiak of Freedom Organix farm in Harvard, Illinois for a majority of the restaurant's produce including rare and unique ingredients grown specifically for inovasi. Dishes on the menu include a modern twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich with Carr Valley Benedictine cheese and a smidge of crispy mortadella; the Grilled Cook's Ranch Bison sustainably raised in Wolcottsville, IN; and our version of a traditional casserole made with organic Carolina rice, day caught sustainable haddock, organic tomatoes, cheese, and milk.
