Dignity Services will provide celebrant services for many differing ceremonies.Wedding ceremonies are prepared in consultation with the happy couple and include whatever they desire.They can be for same-sex, multicultural or even pagan.The traditional hand-fasting ceremony can also be provided. This was originally pagan but was adopted by celts and has been used right up until the last century. It includes a symbolic "tying the knot" and "jumping the broom".It may be that a couple wish to renew vows after years together and this can also be provided.In this day of less frequent church attendance it is possible to perform Naming Ceremonies which provide a ceremony in much the same way as a baptism.We also prepare and give the service for funerals. We now provide a full funeral planning service as well where the funeral can be planned by the individual to include what they want at their own funeral as often the nearest and dearest have not been informed of this.
