Medoola is a collective, a collective of packaging experts who know their stuff about their stuff in amongst the broad world of packaging.Packaging means something different to different people and to different businesses, which is why we are bringing together independent packaging consultants to help solve your individual needs. That could be design related, an issue with functionality or problems with your supply chain. Neil Shackleton founded Medoola, as he has been lucky enough to have worked on every element of packaging possible as an independent consultant. He not only wants to share his knowledge, but also educate the industry on a new approach to interim projects. That new approach includes flexibility within the project scope, and also bringing in relevant consultants when their specific expertise is required. However all work will be completed using a strict set of Medoola guideline for consistency. Independent Packaging Consultants choose to be part of the Medoola Collective, knowing that collectively, they can achieve results for packaging projects far more efficiently than they do in an interim contract. Why does this matter? We draw on the specific experiences of individual collective members when a project calls for it. Basically, a business will get the expert that suits the project objective. That could be one person; it could be four or five. It's certainly not about a one size that fits all solution.
