Each store provides expert instrument repair, private lessons, clinics, music events, and more. The company is best known for its school band and orchestra instrument rental program, and services for music educators across the state. Ted Brown Music's tagline is "Your music is our passion!" The company's 501c3 nonprofit, Ted Brown Music Outreach, works to put instruments in the hands of young musicians who can't afford to play in school band or orchestra.
