ABOUT US We help our clients improve project outcomes and build in-house delivery capability.We bring an independent perspective to our clients, operating independently of project consultancies, IT service providers, vendors and recruiters. We do not deploy large teams of contractors seeking to maximise margins on day rates, as instead we operate as an extension of our client's organisation, with our incentives 100% aligned with our client's success. WHAT WE DO Our clients engage us to setup their projects for success; assess whether an existing initiative is likely to deliver the expected value; or turnaround a difficult project that is struggling. In addition, we design and operate independent PMO's (Project Management Offices) to help our clients monitor and control their projects. We also undertake project reviews and independent audits. Our expertise extends across all types of projects, from portfolios of ‘business-as-usual' initiatives to major technology upgrades and multi-disciplinary programs of work. Objectives range from continuous innovation to broader strategy execution and enterprise-wide transformational efforts, operating seamlessly across business, IT and infrastructure projects. HOW WE WORK Clients buy us not only for the high quality of our work, but for our honesty, independent perspective and our focus on driving real outcomes. Unlike many, we don't provide our clients with project managers or other ‘delivery' resources. Our preference is to work with clients to independently assess resourcing requirements and leverage their in-house resources as far as possible. This allows us to remain 100% independent of delivery, ensuring our advisory, governance and assurance services are not compromised. But we will steer our clients in the right direction if external project managers are required.
