Rehabilitation / Sub-acute Care (Short-Term): The sub-acute short-term care unit is a 33-bed unit The expected length of stay for short-term care varies from 1-3 weeks depending on medical needs. care provided on this unit is comprehensive nursing and intensive rehabilitation. The goal of the Rehab/Sub-acute unit is to return the patient to their highest level of function so they may safely return home. Skilled Nursing (Long-term): The skilled nursing units are focused on providing long-term care skilled nursing care. Residents in these units require a wide variety care and services for residents requiring long-term skilled nursing care.
