We specialise in offering: 1) The comprehensive programme in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy which equips people living with borderline personality disorder and emotion regulation difficulties with robust skills to recognise and manage overwhelming emotions and impulsive behaviours. 2) DBT skills classes that will introduce you to practical tools to cope with intense emotions, impulsivity, anxiety, depression, anger, high sensitivity, eating and mood difficulties and patterns of disrupted relationships.3) Mentalization Based Treatment which is a twice weekly programme with particular relevance to those whose interpersonal and emotional sensitivities are at the core of their struggles. If you would like to identify and work through thinking and behavioural patterns of relating to yourself and others that no longer serve you, MBT might be for you.4) We also offer relationship to couples wishing to regain and enhance their emotional intimacy and put into action more helpful ways of interacting and communicating. This can also be provided in the context of residential couple retreats based on Emotionally Focused Therapy.5) Training and consultation for healthcare professionals and teams working with high risk clients who live with the diagnoses of personality disorders.
