We provide encouragement, tools and products to help you live an emotionally healthy life. Our founders created Cheerful Gear to bring resources and awareness to the problem of suicide and emotional health crises. We started Cheerful Gear as a love letter to a family member we lost to suicide and Cheerful Gear serves as an outlet for the founders and other volunteers to get involved in the fight to destigmatize emotional and mental health. Our free online Cards for Good Emotional Health provide foundational coaching for self-care so you can maintain your own emotional health as you work through difficult situations, communications and relationship dynamics.Our cheerful merch celebrates positivity, healthy living, and the power of music, exercise and the great outdoors - key elements in maintaining a positive outlook.Lastly, we are a lighthouse, directing people in need to valuable emotional health resources.Proceeds from the sale of our merch are donated to charities that focus on emotional health.
