We have baselines dedicated to each region we serve, including NATSPEC based, CSI Masterspec, NZ Masterspec and NBS. We are an independent business with a passion for the implementation of quality design in the built environment, through the production of appropriate specifications and design management practices allowing the Architect to focus on design solutions. We aim to reduce risk in all areas of the project through sound strategies, systems, communications and the flow of information between client, consultants, contractors and manufacturers such that projects are delivered within expectations, maximising asset value.
