We also provide consulting and planning assistance to government agencies, intermediaries and regional child care organizations. First Children's Finance is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). We lend in Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin. Based in Minneapolis, we have regional offices in Iowa, Michigan and Minnesota.
