Newmark Properties was founded in 1995. The partners have over 50 years of UK property experience. The company specialises in the swift acquisitions of UK real estate with asset management potential. During the last 26 years we have added value to many properties, through planning gain, refurbishment, new build development, architectural integrity and close relationships with our tenant base. We remain highly active in both the commercial and residential markets and have an excellent long standing track record in all sectors of the market.
