Started in 1996, the firm grew in its latter years to almost 100 employees with revenues exceeding $17.5M. The firm completed over 3000 search projects mostly at the Manager, Director and Vice President level. At its height, the firm had over 20 offices and practices across the globe and had done work in North America, Europe, Latin America, Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific, including China and India.
