Our mission is to design, develop and build new homes across the East Midlands. We are a social enterprise business: any surplus we make goes back into providing more homes in our communities. Owned by Nottingham Community Housing Association, our combined teams benefit from almost 50 years of knowledge and experience in delivering quality homes for people in the East Midlands.Working in 33 different local authority areas, we create homes of all tenures: affordable and social rent, supported housing, Rent to Buy, shared ownership and outright sale. Our specialist architects and development services work with a range of clients to bring their plans to life.We work closely with our clients and the local community to ensure that projects meet the agreed timescales, budget and aspirations of everyone involved.
