PrisMind is the coaching & consulting brand of Windsor Specialty Services. The founding company was started in 1996 by two veterans of the plastics industry. The original business was providing market entry strategies for international organizations seeking to do business in India. Over a period of years, we grew to be known for our integrity, service, and care - we always put our customers first. Education and self-development have always been an important part of the value system, which is what made coaching, consulting, and self-development a natural extension of what we do. The first roots of PrisMind were sown in 2019, when we went into partnership with Leadership Management International, to deliver their programs. Since then we have developed a stellar basket of services including executive coaching, life coaching & organizational development coaching as well as consulting.
