Stafford Homes and Land is an award-winning home builder. We build energy-efficient healthy homes in Oregon and Idaho. Founded in 2012, Stafford won 14 of the 15 awards at the 2016 Street of Dreams & the home of the decade in 2020. Our goal is to make homes & communities people want to live in that make a positive impact on our planet.Energy-efficient HomesOur passion is to build excellent homes that are energy-efficient & beautiful to live in. Each home is built at a minimum of 30% above code. This results in operating expenses below $100 per home & saves approximately $525/per year in utilities. Because we take care in sealing and insulating every home, we reduce greenhouse gases by 5,500 lbs. per home every year. Healthy HomesWe care about the quality of life in your home. On average, people spend 80% of their life in doors & so the environment you live in is important. We use low volatile organic compounds in our paints, caulking, & carpets used for a healthier home. Our HVAC system is not only energy efficient but healthy by drawing air from outside & cycle in new air through the house every 24 hours. The filtration provide for the HVAC is rated at MERV-13 which is hospital grade filtration clean air. Resulting in a clean home.Future Ready HomesA home you can live in for years to come is important to us. Homes are built future ready by first making it solar panel ready. The roof is improved to support the additional load along with a connection preinstalled to accept solar panels. Internet is centralized in the home. This provides ethernet throughout the home for a faster connection to your direct in ports. High Energy Star rated appliances are installed in the home with some have Wi-Fi connectivity. Quality & DurabilityWe take pride in the quality & design of our homes. Our homes range in style from farmhouse, modern, modern farmhouses, craftsman, ranch, studio, & homes with an ADU. Floor plans vary by community with modern finishes.
