Misty Serrano's Company Details
We combine an advertising agency that drives growth for today with an innovation consultancy that designs growth for tomorrow. From strategy to design, innovation to social and community building and more, our unique model has helped globally-recognized brands like Nestlé, P&G, BASF, Electrolux, NAPA Auto Parts, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Char-Broil and others accelerate business transformation in the relentless fight against their biggest enemy – consumer indifference. And we’re equally proud of the success we’ve had in building an agency just as committed to the people who work here. Our differentiated approach has helped us woo ridiculously talented people from big agencies, management consultancies, innovation consultancies and brands, resulting in a diverse team that can affect our clients’ broader business challenges. Our unique model combined with our agency culture is a big part of why we’ve been recognized by industry publications and awards including Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year, Ad Age’s Best Places to Work, Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators, and Forbes’ America’s Best Startup Employers.
