Middleton is seeking opportunities with the following characteristics:• Standalone companies with revenues greater than $5 million or existing EBITDA between $1—$20 million. We are sector agnostic but remain interested in both consumer products and commercial foodservice equipment and supplies.• Orphaned brands or businesses that can serve as add-on investment opportunities in the outdoor retail or housewares space with revenues greater than $2 million.• Profitable companies seeking growth equity to pursue add-on acquisitions or organic growth opportunities.• Bankruptcy Code Section 363 sales or other turnaround opportunities requiring intense oversight and/or new management.Unlike traditional private equity firms, Middleton is not a fund and does not have a fixed investment mandate or time horizon. We have a strong investor base with the ability to perform due diligence and deploy capital quickly.
