We will always strive to referee our games in a manner that we would expect if we were playing in the game we are officiating. We acknowledge that we are not perfect, and that we will make mistakes from time to time, as will the players. We willto player complaints (the customer) via the Court Captain or Coach, evaluate the concern raised and make adjustments to our officiating as required. We will refrain from antagonizing players into conflict situations at all times as this will draw unnecessary attention on ourselves and our Association. We will assist in the development of the Albert Park Referees' Association at all times. We will conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times whilst representing the Albert Park Referees' Association, both within the Association and while away on official events
