Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation Berhad (‘EPIC') is a Terengganu State Government linked corporation. Incorporated on 17 January 1981, EPIC converted into a public listed company on 21 March 1990. On 27 October 2011 after over 21 years of being listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, EPIC was privatised and became a wholly owned corporate entity of the Government of the State of Terengganu through both direct and indirect interests.EPIC's business is principally involved in supporting the oil and gas services industry. Its core businesses is supplying base services catered to the oil and gas offshore industry, port management as well as pipe threading and fabrication work.In the ownership and management of the Kemaman Supply Base (KSB), it provides supply base services specifically catered to the oil & gas offshore industry in West Malaysia. EPIC involve in port management through its subsidiary, Konsortium Pelabuhan Kemaman Sdn Bhd (KPK), as well as pipe threading and fabrication works through Tubex Sdn Bhd and EPIC Mushtari Engineering Sdn Bhd respectively. In diversifying its business, EPIC has also re-entered the property development and management segment with its revitalised subsidiary, Eastern Pacific Properties Sdn Bhd (EPPSB).
