Fayad Engineering Co. (L.L.C.) is a local company established in 1987 to serve the HVAC growing market in the UAE. Our services have covered wide sectors ranging from private villas and palaces to multi storied residential and office buildings, factories, Sub-stations, hospitals, and warehouses using split, package and chilled water systems. Using the most advanced design software (Trane Trace Load 700, based on ASHRAE Algorithms and Carrier E-20, II), international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, British Standards), and with the help of ACAD, we have designed and executed many successful turnkey projects. Fayad Engineering has managed to set a high standard of quality and professionalism, and a team of qualified engineers, certified technicians, and skilled labors.
