Nonprofit Organization Management

LebRelief is a non-political, non-religious, local NGO that aims to provide essential services for the most vulnerable and at-risk populations, free them from poverty and inequality. The organization was started by Lebanese students in 2013 who wanted to contribute their technical expertise to create decent living conditions for the many thousands of Syrian families fleeing from the violence in their home country. As the crisis became protracted, the organization adopted an integrated approach to improve living conditions by providing services for both the vulnerable refugees and the Lebanese host communities in which the refugees found shelter. LebRelief responds to the most urgent needs of refugees and vulnerable host communities to secure dignified living standards by providing: WASH, Shelter and Construction, Livelihood, Sustainable and Environmental initiatives, TVET and Life Skills, Social Stabilization, Food Security, Health Care and Protection services.
