(SIBCO) was established on August 2011, to carry out all types of insurance-related activities and provide counseling services within the framework of regulations of Iranian Supreme Council of Insurance and Central Insurance of Islamic Republic of Iran.The entire 100% of the company's stocks is owned by Saipa Automotive Group.
