In 2007 Mr. Utpal Kumar Das, Mr. Bichitra Kumar Sharma and Mr. Anup Saikia joined M/s Swagatam Housing and hold 88% of the share and 10% of share to Meghmallar Estate and Services Pvt. Ltd as corporate partner. The company further changed it constitution to private limited company known as Swagatam Real Estate Private Limited from 2008 under company act.
