Its aim is clearly illustrated in its strat model; vision, mission, values, core competency and strategies in addition to the services of:1- Organizational development services, is a system-wide planneddevelopment & reinforcement of organizational strategies, structures,staffing & systems with the objective of leveraging HCCA's clientsorganizational effectiveness. This is presented to HCCA's clients in theform of 'all inclusive' tool kits including all the business indicators,work instructions, job aids and complete OD systems. 2- Training services, is an expensive investment in the future skillbase and development of an organization via its workforce. Ourphilosophy is that training must lead to effective learning and the desireto apply that learning back at the workplace.
