The entire plant is spread over a total area of 2,17,800 sq ft. There are several factory units which are dedicated for powder coating/Anodizing, glazing and windows/doors fabrication. Ajit windows (Woodminium) unit is spread across 15,000 sq ft, hosting latest machineries from Fom Industries which is used for Aluminium and UPVC windows and doors fabrication. There is a dedicated office space of 2,000 sq ft for staff and conference rooms. Plant also hosts a storage area of 10,000 sq ft and a canteen with equipped kitchen.
